1 can (14-1/2 oz) chicken broth, not condensed
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
1/3 cup water
2-1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green onions,red peppers etc)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, pasta and water all in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil . Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
Stir in the vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.

Stir in 1/3 cup of Kraft Parmesan.

Although this is a recipe from Kraft, I always use fresh Parmesan and grate it. I think it makes a huge difference.
This recipe is especially nice in the summer. It makes a nice dish to bring to work for lunch because you can eat it either hot or cold.
