1 box chicken rice a roni made according to directions
2-3 cups cooked white rice
3-4 cups of diced chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can chicken broth
1 cup mayonnaise
1 jar chopped pimentos (optional)
1 large onion sautéed in butter until soft
1-2 cups frozen peas (can substitute can of corn with water drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together, season with pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes. Dump into a PAM sprayed 9X13 in baking dish, bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. You can top with cheese and or sliced almonds.
