Cake:
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp salt

Filling:
1 cup margarine
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 cups marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla
few drops of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
To make the cake: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add milk and vanilla, mix. Add all dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Bake 7 min at 375.
Watch cookies so they don't burn.

Filling:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add fluff and vanilla. Add a few drops of milk if necessary for consistency.
Frost 1/2 of whoppie pie and cover with other half.

These are outstanding. I found this recipe in the St Jerome's cook book from a member of our parish with 12 kids. I figured if she is cooking for 12 kids then they must be good. Well that was a great guess because they are outstanding....you will not be disappointed.
I suggest that you double the recipe.
