6 red potatoes, scrubbed, and cut into wedges
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/8 tbsp. salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small saucepan, pot, or in the microwave, melt butter. Sir the vegetable oil into the butter before pouring the mixture into a glass baking dish. Place the potatoes into the glass dish, and stir until coated. Sprinkle with rosemary,
salt and pepper. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated 375 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir the potatoes occasionally to ensure even cooking.
