4 ripe avocados mashed with fork (or 1-2 packages of avocado mixture)
2 - 3 tablespoons of hot green or red salsa (Mrs. Renfros’s or La Salsa)
2 teaspoons garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced garlic)
˝ cup chopped red onion
Lots of fresh ground pepper
˝ cup chopped fresh cilantro
(can add 1 tablespoon of mayo if you want to make it creamier or a squeeze of fresh lime juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together. Adjust seasoning to taste. Squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lime over it before serving to brighten the taste. (Keep an avocado pit in the mixture to keep it from turning brown). Serves 4-6 people.
