1 dozen eggs -- boiled
Mayo
Dijon
sweet pickle relish
parsley*
caviar *

Directions:
Take the yolks out of boiled eggs. Add a dash of mayo and a dash of dijon mustard. Add a spoon full of sweet pickle relish and mix well. Use a teaspoon to fill egg whites with a dollop of egg yolk mixture. Then garnish with a sprig of parsley or a tad bit of caviar for those special occasions!
