2 lbs. ground turkey (fat-free)
1 c. chopped onions
4 eggs whites
1 c. chunky salsa (or mango salsa)
1/2 c. uncooked old-fashioned oats
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, except ketcup, with hands in a bowl. Place in meatloaf pan; cover with ketchup. Cover; bake 1 hour.
