6 cups peeled and sliced apples, I like Macs. Sometimes I combine two types, ie. Golden delicious and Macs) whatever you like!~
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in1 1/2 quart casserole dish
Combine white sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, sprinkle over apples.
Combine flour, brown sugar and butter. Spread over top of apples.
Bake @350 for 45 minutes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Nuts are great too!~
