6 cups cooked summer squash
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 8oz package stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and carrots. Fold in squash and onion mixture. Combine butter with stuffing mix, and spread 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.
Spoon in squash mixture and add remaining stuffing on top.
Bake @ 350 for 3o minutes
