1 lb. ground pork
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Olive oil for browning

Directions:

Combine all ingredients (except olive oil)
Make 3/4 " meatballs. Heat olive oil in skillet to brown meatballs on med heat . Cook thoroughly but do not overcook.
