1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup milk (approximately)
2 eggs

Beat with mixer. Add enough self-rising flour to make right consistency. (Do not overbeat after adding flour). Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cook on hot grill.

You may use any pancake mix. The secret to good pancakes is as follows: Have grill or pan hot enough for water drops to bounce. DO NOT GREASE grill or pan. Pour pancake batter on to desired size. Let cook until bubbles pop through. Then turn ONLY ONCE with spatula. DO NOT MASH with spatula. Stack in twos or threes, butter, add syrup and enjoy!
