4 large onions (chopped) 3 tbsp. butter 1 lb. chicken livers (including all juice) 4 tbsp. wine
Saute onions in 3 tbsp. butter. Put all ingredients into sauce pan and simmer until liver is cooked. Cool at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Blend. Serve cold with Wheat Thin crackers (or your favorite).
