Salad:
1 bunch of broccoli, cut into 1/2 inch pieces (discard stems)
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup of raisins
8 or more slices of bacon, crisp and crumbled (optional)

Dressing:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped onion, broccoli and raisins. Place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, mix dressing. Pour on dressing and toss. Garnish with bacon. Enjoy!
