Separate 6 eggs. Add powdered sugar to yolks until they will hold no more. Beat egg whites until they are stiff. Fold whites with sugar and yolks. Refrigerate unused mix up to one week. This is your "mix". To prepare drink: add one shot bourbon, 2 tablespoons mix to a boiling cup of water. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
