2 mashed garlic cloves
2 cup fresh picked basil
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup plain yogurt

Directions:

Puree all ingredients in blender except yogurt.

Add yogurt and stir.

The yogurt in this recipe allows the basil in the pesto and keep it's healthy green color.
