16 slices white bread crusts removed and cubed
1 lb. ham, cubed
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Pepper
Topping:
3 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/2 of bread cubes in a 9 x 13 in. pan. Sprinkle evenly with ham and both cheeses. Cover with remaining bread cubes. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, onion salt and pepper. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.
For topping: Combine and spread evenly over quiche. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 40 min. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
