1 pound rainbow rotini
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups thinly sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced black olives
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup olive oil
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 t Italian seasoning
1 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rotini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. combine rotini with next 5 ingredients. Blend olive oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Toss with salad mixture. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
