2-3 lb. pork tenderloin
3 strips bacon
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap tenderloin with bacon. Fasten with toothpicks. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate 3 hours or overnight. Turn once. Bake at 300 for 2 hours or until tender, basting often. Serve over rice with juices.
