1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Gravy:
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into walnut sized balls. Brown in 1/2 cup hot oil. Remove the meat.
For gravy: Stir into the fat, the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir in the water and milk. Heat. Return meat to gravy and simmer 15-20 min.
