2 cups diced potatoes 2 cups diced carrots 2 cups diced celery 1 cup chopped onion 2 lbs. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 cup water
Place diced carrots and celery in bottom of casserole dish, top with potatoes, brown the onions, add meat and brown. Layer on top of veggies, combine the tomato soup and water and pour over all. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Stir and bake 1 hour longer.
