8 oz cream cheese melted with enough milk to make it the consistency you like.
Start with 1/2 C milk. Add more to your liking.

Add:
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 C Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat thoroughly stirring until cheese is melted. Serve over pasta with cooked chicken and steamed vegetables.

This recipe evolved from a dip recipe with the same ingredients minus some milk making it thicker. The dip is really good with chunks of good bread served as an appetizer.
