Ingredients:  
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs beaten
2/3 c breadcrumbs
3 tbsp oil(canola)
1 pack Publix Country Gravy
1 can evaporated milk
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl 1- mix flour & salt together
In bowl 2-beaten eggs
In bowl 3-bread crumbs
Dredge cube steaks through each of the above.
Cook on Medium heat until done. Remove cube steak, slowly stir in gravy mix, then milk & water. Cook on low heat until desired thickness.
