5 ounces olive oil
2 ounces cider vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 ounce (2 tbsp.) sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Pour over salad made up of spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, sliced red onion and a little crumbled bacon if desired. Recipe makes enough dressing for extra large salad. Use only enough to lightly dress your salad. Optional: Sprinkle with dried cranberries or raisins.
