1 unbaked 9" pastry shell with fluted edges
4 med Apples, peeled, cored & sliced thin
1 T Lemon Juice
1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/4 C Light Cream
2 T Butter, melted
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 T Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Chill shell. Toss apples with lemon juice and sugar in large bowl. Arrange in over-lapping circles in pie shell. Cover loosely with foil and bake in 400 oven 20 minutes. Remove foil. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in cream, butter and nutmeg. Pour over apples and continue baking 10 minutes. Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over pie and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool at least 2 hours before serving.
