2 oz. blue cheese;
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese;
1 8oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese;
2 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce;
1 small onion, chopped fine;
1/4 tsp. salt;
1/4 C. ground walnuts;
1/4 C. chopped parsley; (discard stems)
crackers or pretzel sticks.

Directions:

Mix the first 6 ingredients. Chill in refrigerator several hours. When cold, shape cheese mixture into a ball.
In a shallow dish, mix the walnuts & parsley. Roll the cheese ball till well-coated. Cover & store in refrigerator.
Serve at room temperature. Surround with crackers (have a spreading knife) or stick pretzel sticks all over the ball.

This is my favorite cheese ball. It is always eye-catching & tasty. If small group, I cut the ball in half & save part of it. This will keep for a week or two.
