1 c. bread crumbs 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 lb. ground ham 1 lb. ground pork 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dried mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water
Mix first 5 ingredients. Form into a loaf. Shape and put into a roasting pan with a lid. Mix last 4 ingredients. Pour over ham loaf. Bake at 350º for 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes. Pour off any excess liquid when finished.
