2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4-1oz envelopes pre-melted unsweetened chocolate
1 pkg Andes Mint Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda and salt. In another bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs and chocolate. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Andes Chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
