1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in sauce pan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 min.). Remove from heat. Beat in eggs thoroughly, 1 at a time. Beating until smooth after each egg. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet into mounds 3" apart. Bake 45-60 min. or until puffed up, golden brown and dry. Allow to cool slowly, away from drafts. Cut off tops with a sharp knife. Scoop out soft dough. Fill with whipped topping or pudding. Replace tops.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Or fill with ice cream, serve with sauce. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

The first time that I made cream puffs was when I was in jr. high and hosting a sing-a-long for our youth group from church. The cream puffs were a hit and it's not that hard to make them.
