3lb hamburger, 1 small onion- cut small, 2 tsp pepper,, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 egg, 1 1/2 cup oats,1/3 cup milk 1 cup ketchup, 1tbsp sugar, four pieces of celery; Topping- 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp dried mustard.

Mix all ingredient together with hands. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray.
Place four pieces of celery in bottom of pan. Form ingredients into loaf on counter. Place loaf on top of celery in pan, cover with aluminum foil and place in oven, bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
Stir together topping ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spread over loaf. place loaf back in oven for approximately 20 minutes without foil. When topping is cooked thru- its done. Enjoy.
