Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 can mandarin oranges-drained
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and bake in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
Bake at 350 ( in preheated oven) for 30 minutes.

Topping:
Bring to a boil the brown sugar, butter and milk.
Poke holes in the cake and pour the topping over cake. Serve with whipped cream, sweetened or ice cream.
