STEP 1
MIX
2 C. FLOUR
¾ C. POWDERED SUGAR
1 C. BUTTER (MELT BUTTER)

STEP 2
MIX:
4 EGGS
2 C SUGAR
4 TBSP. FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
6 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

STEP 1

COMBINE INGREDIENTS FROM STEP 1 ----PAT INTO 9X12 PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN.


STEP 2

MIX INGREDIENTS FROM STEP 2 WELL AND POUR OVER CRUST(YES, WHILE THE CRUST IS HOT) THEN BAKE AGAIN FOR 30-35 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.
COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR, AND ENJOY…
