Ingredients:
3/4 c. mashed potatoes (cold)
4 c. powdered sugar
4 c. coconut
1/3 c. paraffin wax
12 oz. chocolate chips (or you can use 1 pkg of chocolate almond bark instead if you want)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above. I suggest adding one cup at a time of the powdered sugar and coconut to potatoes. It seems to mix better doing one cup at a time until all cups are added. Roll into walnut size balls and chill for a few hours. Melt 1 package of chocolate almond bark (or 12 oz. chocolate chips and 1/3 c. paraffin wax) and dip each ball into chocolate mixture or bark and place onto wax paper to cool/dry.
