9 inch pie crust (I use Pillsbury from the refrigerator section:do not bake first) 1 cup shredded cheese (use your favorite, or Swiss) 1 cup diced ham 3 eggs 1 cup 1/2 & 1/2 milk/cream 10oz. frozen chopped broccoli 1 envelop Knorr's leek soup (vegetable can also be used) basil:season lightly
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix everything together and bake 40-50 min. Top will be golden brown
