Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe

1 c. Crisco Oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. sifted flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
15 oz. box of Raisin Bran

In a large mixing bowl, beat together oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat.
Add buttermilk and mix.
Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix.
Add Raisin Bran and stir well.

Bake at 400 for 18 minutes or so in greased muffin tin or use paper baking cups.

Batter will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 months.
