1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
3Tbs. vegetable oil
1 can bean sprouts (drained)
1 can Green Giant French Style Green Beans (drained)
1/4 cup pimentos (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green onions/scallions

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan heat vinegar and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add soy sauce, and veg. oil. Cool.
In medium size bowl add vegetables, and combine. Pour cooled vinegar over vegetables, toss, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Drain and serve.
