2 8 oz packages of cream cheese 2 Cups peanut butter 2 Cups sugar 1 1/2 Cups heavy whipping cream 4 oz sweet chocolate 4 T strong coffee 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 Cup brown sugar 2 T melted butter
Prepare crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter. Pat in cheesecake pan. Whip the cream. Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and whipped cream. Pour on crust. Melt together chocolate and strong coffee and top cheesecake with mixture. Keep refrigerated.
