1 container Large mushrooms of choice (cleaned and stems removed and set aside)
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
shrimp or crab optional
1 roll Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 cup minced green bell pepper
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2teas. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
pepper to taste
1 Tbs. Cooking Sherry

Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop the stems and mince all other vegetables. Melt butter in saucepan or microwave.
In a large bowl add crushed Ritz Crackers, melted butter, and all other ingredients. Mix well and stuff mushrooms. I use a cookie dough scoop.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350
