2 lbs. round steak
2 T.oil
2 T. flour
1/2 c. ketchup
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 onion (sliced in rings)
2 green peppers (sliced)
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet, add steak that has been cut into strips. Remove steak when brown (not well done). Stir into skillet flour, ketchup, bouillon cube( dissolved in hot water) Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add steak and onion, simmer 30 minutes. Add green peppers, mushrooms, and juice, simmer for another 15 minutes. This recipe can be doubled.
