1 c. ham, cubed
1/3 c. green onion, thinly sliced
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 large potatoes
1/2 c. seasoned croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Cube ham and slice onions. Combine soup, ham, onion, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl, set aside. Thinly slice potatoes, and add to soup mixture until well mixed. Pour into 9X9 pan, cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hr. (stirring every 20 minutes), remove foil and top with grated croutons. Bake another 15-20 or until potatoes are done.
