8 1/2 c flour
1 tbs salt
2 c crisco
1/2 stick oleo (margarine)
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs dry skim milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into large electric mixer bowl. Mix at lowest speed till like coarse corn meal with popcorn size lumps!!! Cover lightly and store in cool place.
Single crust: 1 1/4 cps dry mix-3tbs cold water.
Double crust: 2 1/2 cps dry mix-5 tbs cold water.

Roll out and bake-for 2 crust pie- be sure and brush top of pie with milk and sprinkle with sugar to have a crispy shiny crust. Be sure when making a 2 crust pie to wet the edges of crust around rim before putting on top crust so it will stick and not come apart and not let juices run out.
