1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
1/3 c. fresh Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 egg whites
1 T. water
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 c. ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. In bowl combine crouton crumbs, cheese, parsley, and garlic salt. Whisk egg whites and water in another bowl. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture. Arrange on cookie sheet (spray sheet with Pam) and bake 14-16 minutes or till chicken is no longer pink. Serve with ranch dressing.
