1 lb. butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups cake flour
2 Tbsp. Lemon extract
6 eggs
3/4 c. 7-up

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer for 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Add lemon extract. Add flour and mix for another 15 minutes. Fold in 7-up. Grease and flour cake pan. Pour in mixture and let bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Serves: 20
