3 c broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 red onion, chopped
1 c cheddar cheese
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or not, for vegetarians)

Dressing
1 c mayonnaise
c sugar
1 Tbsp white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
This serves approx. 4-5 people. I triple the salad recipe and double to triple the dressing for bigger gatherings. I add half of the cheese and bacon when I prepare the salad, and add the rest right before serving.
