2 tbsp. chipotle puree
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
1 small tomato, seeded
1-2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 C. mayonaise
small head of cabbage, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, except mayo and cabbage, until smooth. Add mayo and blend well. Toss dressing with cabbage.

To make chipotle puree, blend a 7 oz. can of chipotle peppers in adobe sauce until smooth. Store any unused portion in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
