2# chicken thighs, deboned
4 tbsp. mochiko flour(found in the Asian section of most markets; in a white box the size of a cornstarch box)
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 C. sliced green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in large bowl, except for chicken and oil. Cut chicken in bite size pieces (cuts down on the frying time). Marinate chicken for at least 5 hours (overnight is best for more flavor). Fry in 1" oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
