1 1/4 oz package of dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups, plus 1 cup of bisquick
1 tsp sugar
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Dissolve yeast in water. Put the 2 1/2 cups of Bisquick in a large bowl; stir in the sugar. Add the yeast mixture, stir thoroughly . Sprinkle the work surface with 1/2 cup of bisquick. Put the dough on work surface and knead well for 15-20 minutes. Shape dough any way you want. Place on greased baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth, and rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle melted butter over hot rolls.
