1 cup softened butter 8 oz cream cheese 4 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 cup chopped pecans
preheat oven to 350. Beat together soft butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix in double sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in cranberries, and pecans immediately spoon into greased muffin tins filling 2/3 full. Bake 25-30 minutes. cool 3-5 minutes before removing form pan.
