1 box chocolate fudge cake
1 cup of coffee (substitute black coffee for water, instant or brewed)
3 eggs
1 block of softened cream cheese
1 box of powdered sugar
3 oz of semi-sweet chocolate
5 oz of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to directions substituting black coffee for the water. Once cake has cooled completely cut into 4 layers. Make the cream cheese icing by mixing cream cheese with powdered sugar adding milk a tablespoon at a time to get an icing consistency. Frost each layer. Next, comes the hot fudge topping. Melt the chocolate with the evaporated milk on the stove on low add the sugar slowly until mixture begins to boil, let boil for 5 minutes and then drizzle over slices of cake
