8 ounces think spaghetti
1 bunch broccoli cut in 2 inch pieces (can use frozen)
1 medium red sweet pepper cut in bite sized strips
1 pound boneless chicken breast halves
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup bottles peanut sauce(or more)
crushed red pepper (optional)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli and sweet pepper during last 2 minutes of cooking Drain. Return to pan
Half chicken breasts horizontally lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil over medium high heat for 2 minutes each side or until done. Slice chicken and add to pasta and vegetables. Add peanut sauce and crushed red pepper.

I added peanuts to this just before serving and it was great. This is quick and easy. Add a salad and it is dinner.
