Medium size roast
Several sliced potatoes
Sliced onions
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning salt
mini carrots
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Season roast with all seasonings to taste. Add potatoes, onions, mini carrots, (I use extra salt because the potatoes need it). Pour the mushroom soup on top so that ingredients do not dry out. Bake for 2-4 hours (covered) depending on the size of the roast.
